For the past couple of years the kids have been having a formal dance at their young men and young women's activities at church. The theory was that they would "borrow" a dress from someone, dress up and dance in nice clothing to good music at the church. The kids invite their friends and they all have a good time. Well, last year Shelby borrowed a dress from a neighbor and she looked very pretty. This year she has been working at a local pizza/sandwich shop and also worked in the potatoes this year. She has earned quite a bit of money and decided she wanted to have her own formal dress. This is the dress she chose and I think she chose quite well! Now we hope she will get asked to go to Prom this year! :)
