Also in June we went to Riverton, Wyoming, for a missionary farewell. Dan & Karen's oldest son Clayton received a call to serve in the Phoenix, Arizona mission. We had not gone to their house ever in Riverton and decided that now was a good time to do it.

This is Clayton - he is just a few days older than Shelby. While there this is what most of the kids were doing the whole time - playing video games....

| Justin and Bryce - Bryce is VERY tall and I told Justin to stand next to him so we could see how much he grew by the time we saw him next time and he would not do it right - - all he had to do was stand up. But he had to get on his toes so he wouldn't appear shorter! grrrr |

We slept in a tent in their yard, ate a huge breakfast in the morning - enjoyed the company, the Sacrament meeting and the good food afterwards.
On our way home we had to go through Jackson Hole so we stopped and looked around for awhile and took a few fun photos.

In our family we have a "thing" for all things medievel - - whether it be in books or movies... Lord of the Rings, King Arthur, etc. so when they saw this sword - - of course they had to "play the part"
And of course the scenery was just beautiful and quite different between Jackson and Riverton.
